We have not had any problems from anyone who has e-mailed their credit
card information to us. If you are
concerned about emailing us you may devide your credit card number into two

in and place your order with confidence that no one will hear your credit card
number except us. If you call speak clearly, include your name and phone number

by snail mail. Shipping: Please add $7 for shipping the US Open sets or $5
shipping any other tape or DVD set or workshop tape to a maximum of $12. Add $2 per event set or instructional tape
to a maximum of $12. Please specify UPS
or First Class (we prefer UPS). Add 7.75% sales tax if in CA. VISA, MC, Am
Express and Discover accepted. All
tapes/DVDs are usually shipped within 2 business days. All tapes/DVDs are
recorded in the 2 hr. speed, are hi-fi, and guaranteed playable and in good quality. International Shipping: Please select either NTSC,
PAL format (most other countries) or SECAM copy (France standard), add $40 to
each tape set or $15 for a one tape order (workshop of instructional tape) and
$15 shipping instead of $5. Make sure and specify which video ‘standard’ you

has. International shipping usually has
two different rates, one for 5-7 days (Airmail Letter Post) and one for 4-6
weeks (Economy Letter Post). You can

sets are 3 pounds and DVD sets are 1 pound.
Canada orders: Add an additional $5 shipping if ordering from

Defective Tapes: We will replace defective tapes within 30 days of
purchased, so please check your tapes when you receive them. Most
replacement tapes are $25 after 30 days. Defective DVDs: We use the DVD-Rs or recordable DVDs. 95% of the
newer DVD players on the market will play the recordable DVDs If your player is
an older one there is a 50-50 chance it will not play the newer 'recordable'
DVDs. We have also found limited success (60%) on playing in DVD players in
computers or playstations. The problem is not
in the DVDs, but in the DVD players. Some manufactures have elected not to
include the software in their players to play the DVD-R disks. There is nothing
anyone can do since there are no adjustments of any kind on the DVD players nor
on the recorder we use So if you have a
problem with the DVDs, you have two choices, but first take them into a nearby
audio-video store and play them on a DVD-R player to make sure they are
defective. 1. Return them for
a VHS set and we will refund you the difference plus shipping costs (do not
fedex them! Send them back at $1.42 “Media Mail”) 2. Upgrade your
system to a new DVD player. (they are down to $60 now) If you do this make sure and bring our DVD
into the store to test the DVD player you will buy. We author our DVDs,
or make chapters in the DVD for the NADC, Seattle Easter Swing, and the Grand
Nationals events that occurred in 2003 or later. All the previous DVDs are chaptered in 3 minute increments. Remember, all
competition event set prices are for THAT YEAR's DVD or tape set only. We take pride in
the quality of our work and a quick turnaround of all the events we videotape.
