Liberty is an all West Coast Swing event (except for the Cabaret division). Division included were Non-pro Classic (Rising Star), Classic, Cabaret, Jack & Jill Novice, Intermediate, Advance and Invitational, Strictly Swing Open, Team and Showcase. All these divisions including all prelims are included in the DVD set - over 6 hours of dancing!

2010: Incredible dancing, very entertaining opening performance by all the pros, and over 4 hours of competition dancing on a 2-DVD set. One highlight was Tori and Brennar's Pro-Classic routine (1st place) and a great follow-up of Bubba's and Sue Gets Married cabaret routine with Robert Royston, Nichola and their 2 children (1st place Cabaret) This 2010 DVD set is a worthwhile additoin to your DVD library.

Wow! What an event the 2009 was. The Classic division with 11 couples was one of the best and tightest-scoring divisions I have seen for some time. Even though Tatiana and Jordan brought in 1st place, Brennar and Tori were a close second with a fabulous performance. Tori is only 16, and John Lindo is the only event director who decided on no age limit on the Classic division. Good for a $1000 2nd place prize!

The Cabaret division was also a great division at Liberty 2009. Great theatrical Arts routine, and a Salsa routine with two men performing was one of the best Salsa acts I've seen.

The 2009 set is defininetly a worthwhile addition to your DVD collection. The DVDs are chaptered so you can go to each division very quickly.
