One of the largest West Coast Swing events in the
Southern United States. Many divisions
including all levels of Jack & Jill and Strictly Swing, Masters, Showcase,
Pro-Am Female and Male, Swing Teams and Cabaret. This was an especially great event with most of the dance pros
attending. In 2003, a special treat to see was
Matt Auclair dancing with Jeanie Tucker in the Invitational Strictly
Swing. One of the fastest moves I have
ever seen was in their dance! The
background, hotel and organization of this event was 5-star indeed.
This
is one of the few event that spotlights nearly all the divisions (one couple on the floor at a time) so you can
see every little nuance of their dance. The only other event that uses this style is the US Open.
